You can shop available inventory directly on our website and through our eBay storefront. Availability can vary by sales channel, and certain items may be offered exclusively through an eBay auction or listing.

eBay purchases, bids, payments and order terms are completed through eBay and are governed by the applicable eBay listing and eBay policies.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Offer availability depends on the item and sales channel. If an offer option is available on the applicable listing, you may submit it there. For other items, contact us and we’ll let you know whether an offer can be considered.

Unless specifically indicated otherwise, adding an item to your cart does not guarantee or reserve it. A purchase is confirmed once checkout is successfully completed.

Trust and accurate representation are priorities for every item we sell. We review cards before listing and provide clear photographs and descriptions intended to represent the actual item as accurately as possible. For professionally graded cards, certification information can also be verified directly with the applicable grading company. For raw cards, buyers should carefully review all listing photographs and condition notes before purchasing. A raw card’s future grade from PSA, SGC, BGS or another third-party grading company cannot be guaranteed, because grading determinations are made independently by that company.

Start by submitting a consignment request through our website. We’ll review your submission, confirm acceptance and terms, and provide next-step instructions before any items are sent or delivered.

We focus on sports cards and collectibles that fit our current sales channels and audience. Acceptance is based on factors such as value, condition, demand, liquidity and the best path to market. Please submit a consignment request before sending any items.

Our standard consignment rates are shown in the Consignment Tiers at right. Gross Sale Price determines the applicable commission tier. The resulting percentage is then applied to Net Sale Proceeds after applicable selling/platform fees have been deducted. Special or customer-specific written terms may apply.

We use a simple four-step waterfall: Gross Sale Price → less applicable selling/platform fees → Net Sale Proceeds → less SC Cards & Collectibles’ consignment fee → Consignor Payout. Gross Sale Price determines the commission tier, while the commission itself is calculated on Net Sale Proceeds. Example: if an item sells for $500, it falls in the Premium 10% tier. If applicable selling/platform fees are $65, Net Sale Proceeds are $435. SC’s 10% consignment fee is $43.50, leaving a Consignor Payout of $391.50. Any deduction outside this standard waterfall would apply only if disclosed in your written consignment terms.

After your consignment is accepted, we’ll provide instructions for securely shipping your cards or arranging an approved delivery. Please do not send cards until we have confirmed intake.

Once your items are received, we verify them against the accepted intake and confirm receipt. From there, items move through photography and listing preparation, listing, sale, and ultimately payout. Your consignor account is intended to provide visibility into this process as items move through each stage.

SC Cards & Collectibles maintains collectible-dealer insurance that includes qualifying customer-owned collectible property held on consignment, subject to the insurer’s policy terms, limits, documentation requirements and exclusions. When consigned items are not actively being handled, photographed, packed or shipped, they are stored in a secure, locked safe. We also use reasonable care when possessing, storing, handling, photographing, packing and shipping consigned items.

Standard consignments are generally offered through the SC Cards & Collectibles website and/or our eBay storefront. Certain consignments may use additional sales channels when provided for in the applicable consignment agreement.

We consider recent comparable sales, demand, liquidity, value, condition and the expected buyer audience when determining the listing strategy.

Minimum sale prices are considered on an as-needed basis and are generally intended for Elite and Signature consignments. They are not a standard feature for every consignment. When appropriate, any approved minimum sale price or other pricing instruction will be agreed to and documented before the item is listed.

Your consignor account will provide visibility into your consigned items as they move through intake, listing, sale and payout.

Payout timing is governed by your consignment agreement. Payment is issued after delivery to the final purchaser, completion of any applicable authentication, and confirmation that sale funds have cleared.

Unsold-item and withdrawal terms depend on the applicable consignment agreement, including any agreed exclusivity period. Contact us before requesting an item back so we can confirm its status and the applicable return process.

Website orders are processed according to the handling time shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. eBay orders follow the handling time shown on the applicable eBay listing.

Website shipping charges are calculated based on the order, destination and available shipping service and are shown before checkout is completed. For eBay purchases, shipping and any combined-shipping eligibility are governed by the applicable listing and eBay checkout.

Tracking is provided when the selected shipping service includes it. When tracking is available, the tracking information will be associated with your order once the shipment is processed.

Cards are packaged using protective materials appropriate for the item’s type, condition and value, with the goal of protecting the card throughout transit. Packaging may differ for raw cards, graded cards and higher-value orders.

Enhanced shipping protections will typically apply to orders containing items valued over $500 USD. Depending on the item value and shipping method, this may include insurance, signature confirmation, enhanced tracking or other protective measures.

We do not ship internationally directly from our website. Website orders can be shipped to a valid shipping address within the United States. For eBay purchases, we participate in the eBay International Shipping program where eligible. Any other shipping arrangements should be discussed with us before purchasing.

Website returns, refunds, exchanges and cancellations are governed by our Return Policy and Terms of Service. Please review the applicable policy for complete eligibility, timing and condition requirements.

For website purchases, contact us promptly with your order information and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue under our applicable Return Policy and Shipping Policy. For eBay purchases, applicable eBay policies and the terms of the eBay listing also govern.

Contact us with your order number and the reason for the request. If the item is eligible for return, we’ll provide the next steps and any applicable return-shipping instructions.

Approved refunds are processed after the return is received and reviewed, subject to the timing and requirements in our Return Policy. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the credit to appear.
